I had a few days of not eating the healthiest of foods during the day, but each night I’ve been eating a big big salad with lots of goodies in it. It seems to be the answer for my digestion. Normally when I’d eat something not as healthy as I like, I’d eat a healthy dinner and then suffer for days. BUT when I have a salad for dinner it appears to fix all my troubles.
I’ve been varying what’s in my salads a bit just based on what I have in my kitchen. The base has been romaine and baby spinach and then add ins including: fresh corn, blue cheese, figs, broccoli, tomatoes etc. There’s more I just can’t seem to remember them, obviously the salad does nothing for my memory
I’m off to go swim my laps and get ready for our garage sale tomorrow. Up super early, blah!
