Salads for dinner = Good digestion

I had a few days of not eating the healthiest of foods during the day, but each night I’ve been eating a big big salad with lots of goodies in it.  It seems to be the answer for my digestion.  Normally when I’d eat something not as healthy as I like, I’d eat a healthy dinner and then suffer for days.  BUT when I have a salad for dinner it appears to fix all my troubles.

I’ve been varying what’s in my salads a bit just based on what I have in my kitchen.  The base has been romaine and baby spinach and then add ins including: fresh corn, blue cheese, figs, broccoli, tomatoes etc.  There’s more I just can’t seem to remember them, obviously the salad does nothing for my memory :)

I’m off to go swim my laps and get ready for our garage sale tomorrow.  Up super early, blah!
